Infant Parent Center (IPC)
Individuals Served
Children birth-to-three years of age. Children are eligible for services due to delayed development or a medical condition with a high probability of leading to a delay in development. Eligibility is determined through evaluation and services are directed by the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Our Purpose
Blue Cap’s early intervention program provides direct therapy services to infants and young children whose development is of special concern to their family.
Our Goal
The goal of Blue Cap’s Early Intervention (EI) program is to work together with the family in order to promote the development of the child.
Commitment to Quality
Blue Cap staff work as a team with families to share their expertise with each other to provide services in a comprehensive manner. Services are provided in a play environment to encourage exploration and to foster growth.
