Blue Cap's Residential Program serves adults age 21 and over who have developmental disabilities.
Our Purpose
Staff provide 24 hour supervision so that the people we serve gain independence in their own homes and in the community as well.
Our Goal
Our goal is to empower people to be able to access their home and community environments with little or no supervision. The staff help individuals work step-by-step on reaching their goals and building on their previous successes.
Commitment to Quality
Our commitment to quality services is "people we serve come first". All staff must meet high standards to work at Blue Cap. We want caring, respectful and qualified staff helping individuals reach their goals. The people we serve are also part of the hiring process. They often meet and interview potential staff before they come to work in the homes.
