Joseph’s mother, Lisa Lohan, says Blue Cap has been a lifesaver. When asked what she liked about the school she said, "Are you kidding? Blue Cap has been absolutely wonderful for Joseph. He’s a happy kid there. The teachers always call me when there’s a problem, and that gives me peace of mind."
