Community Direct Support Professional (Residential DSP)
Provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities in achieving personal outcomes, provide opportunities to participate in community life and assist in the development and implementation of individuals support plans.
Full-time position available offering support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving personal outcomes at home; support individuals' medical care/ needs, be responsible for the day to day site management of the CILA home and Direct Support Professional staff supervision; assist individuals with money management; maintain house budget and pay utility bills. (DSP Certification and 1 year of experience required)
Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional / Self-Direct Assistant
Full-time position available fulfilling SDA/QIDP responsibilities for individuals with developmental disabilities at work and home in Blue Cap’s Home-Based program. (Bachelor's Degree in Social Service field and 1 year of experience required)
Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)
Full-time position available fulfilling QIDP responsibilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities at work and home. (Bachelor's Degree in Social Service field and 1 year of experience required)
Recreational Therapist
Full-time position available to plan, coordinate and direct recreation-based activities, including Special Olympics, in the Life Enrichment Program so that dreams and personal outcomes can be realized; provide opportunities for people to achieve goals and participate in the life of the community. (Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation or related field)
